To begin with they enjoy:

A 25 % tax free share trading allowance, City firms only.
An opaque accounting regulation which allows an otherwise bankrupt Corporation or Bank to claim it is profitable (RBS) and others.
Ministers, who are unable to address their own personal finances, paying taxpayers billions for advice from the very same people who advise and audit the companies the Government is concerned about.
And , a Government who reduce, on a flimsy pretext, the last GDP figures only to claim a fictional 3% increase on the latest GDP figures. Thus asserting we are out of Recession.
